For over twenty years, we have been building “real neighborhoods with a sense of community and place” primarily serving locals’ workforce housing needs. It seemed the time had come to offer this experience to a broader audience beyond just locals. To that end, we have created Basecamp Lofts + Studios – extraordinarily located, very cool, micro condos. “Everything you need and nothing you don’t.”

Founded in 2016, the Basecamp Center has become a unique and remarkable place, where neighbors gather and I-70 travelers provision. It offers literally everything necessary to have a great time in the mountains, including: the world’s highest Whole Foods Market, award winning Outer Range Brewery as well as Epic Mountain Gear, Basecamp Wine & Beverage, Pure Kitchen, Collective Design, Eye Tech and the Steadman Clinic.

Frisco Main Street, Frisco Marina, Breckenridge – Vail Recreation Path and Eagles Nest Wilderness Area are all within walking distance. Across the street at the newly renovated Frisco Transfer Center, Summit County’s transit hub, residents can jump on a free bus to Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone and Copper Mountain Ski Resorts. Or enjoy direct service to Vail, Beaver Creek, LoDo (Avalanche, Nuggets & Rockies) and Denver International Airport. Basecamp is also the perfect jumping off point for extraordinary high country recreational opportunities to the west including Aspen, a dozen Fourteeners, National Parks and Forests, the Colorado River Basin and Moab.
