Swiss Army

Swiss Army, Boulder CO. The ﬁrst U.S. retail ﬂagship for the 116-year-old Wenger brand.

We collaborated with the Tenant through design, development and construction preserving the historic character of the building reflective of the Wenger brand.

The project won the prestigious Association of Retail Environments “Store of the Year” and was featured on the cover of the June, 2011 “Retail Environments”.

The challenge was how to take the ﬁrst U.S. retail ﬂagship for the 116-year-old Wenger Brand, and connect it to the outdoor adventure-loving community.

As Landlord, we collaborated with the Tenant to create a strong vision and then worked with the Tenant through design, development and construction. The result: the historic character of the building was preserved, current building code requirements met and the Swiss Army brand well represented. In so doing, the project, located on Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall, won the prestigious Association of Retail Environments “Store of the Year” and ended up on the cover of the June, 2011 “Retail Environments”.
